A warm welcome to Dover Canyon Winery from Dan Panico owner,winemaker. Dan is a Cal Poly graduate with over 20 years of Paso Robles winemaking experience. The distinct Dover Canyon label is celebrating 12 years of palate pleasing fine wine!

Hands on in all aspects of winemaking from vineyard maintenance to quality control. Both his wine and vineyard are cared for to produce the finest results with the least disturbance. Dan's wine retains many of the delicious flavors of the grapes fresh off the vine. The vineyard is managed holistically and sustainably with no added pesticides or herbicides.

Not to mention he is the man behind the BBQ at all of the wine festivals, serving up his famous lambsicles and luscious duck breast to compliment his Zinfandels.
